This practical session explores implementation of self-monitoring systems for individuals of various ages and developmental levels and provides an opportunity to learn the benefits of implementing well-defined, systematic self-monitoring interventions and motivational systems within school settings. Together, this interactive session will unpack the Who, What, When, Why, Where, and How of effective self-management interventions in the schools. The session will also touch upon the importance of setting class expectations as a precursor to self-monitoring. This can be a “stand-alone training” or Part 1 of attending an Intro to Self & Match Training.
