In this session you will learn: 1. How to recognize unwanted thoughts and feelings (T & F). 2. Understand the connection between stress and anxiety. 3. Identify the wrestling match we have with ourselves over these unwanted thoughts and feelings. 4. Change the relationship with your thoughts and feelings through self-compassion. 5. Recognize how our own self-care can help us work more effectively with those who are struggling to control themselves.
