If you're a BCBA or consultant within Hawaii's public school system, we invite you to join our workshop tailored to expand your support toolkit. This engaging session aims to empower BCBAs and other professionals to effectively consult on and manage challenging behaviors using a proactive approach. By leveraging the principles of behavior science, attendees will learn to reduce the occurrence of difficult situations while operating within HIDOE's Multi-Tiered System of Support. Participants will leave the workshop feeling confident in their ability to deliver immediate, meaningful assistance to teachers and schools, bypassing the need for many extensive Tier 3 assessments and reports. Learn how to provide effective Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to classroom teachers and whole schools through the use of Classroom Management Plans, Classroom Audits, and Universal Protocols.
